Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in law from a well-known university;
2. At least 3 consecutive years of working experience in the legal department of a well-known law firm or well-known private equity investment institution, with the main work content of private equity investment legal affairs;
3. Be skilled in handling private equity investment legal matters, including due diligence, drafting of equity investment legal documents (offshore and domestic investment structures), and fund establishment documents;
4. Good communication skills, and using English as the working language;
5. Self motivation, self discipline, and the ability to independently complete work without supervision.
